There's still time to book free tickets to our forthcoming Lecture Series event - The Stormy Blast: The Stories Behind the KES Pupils who went to War.

In 2013, Peter Jones, former Head of Sixth Form at KES, embarked on a new journey to explore and share the poignant histories of our school’s past pupils. In his lecture, Pete will share some of the stories from his first book, The Stormy Blast, which is a heartfelt tribute to these brave individuals. The stories bring to life the incredible journeys of KES students who transitioned from the familiar school grounds to the battlefields of Europe during times of conflict. By delving into their personal experiences, we gain a deeper understanding of the immense sacrifices they made and the profound impact their losses had on the KES community.
