OE golfers took to the fairways of Corhampton Golf Course in glorious October sunshine for the final event of the season. There were 3 cups being played for: the Wally Kemp, the Ray Paull and the Order of Merit claret jug.

Two newcomers were welcomed to the group - Alan Bain (KES 82-89) who won the longest drive and Jack Light (KES 17-20) who took away the wooden spoon. Guy Bewick (KES 87-94) scored 34 points and third place in all three of the competitions. The Ray Paull cup was shared between Hardeep Basi (93-98) and Nick Creal (86-91) who accumulated 20 points apiece and the Wally Kemp came down to a final putt on the 18th green. This left Hardeep on 39 points - a total matched by Nick who used his home knowledge to play the last five holes in one over par and claim the Wally on countback.

This victory allowed Nick take home the 2026 Order of Merit, with part of the prize being to remain as OE golf organiser for another year. Congratulations Nick!
