Amongst our alumni community are those who attended the School during the war years and were subsequently evacuated to Poole Grammar School. A group of these former evacuees came together in June for an informal lunch at KES. There were many anecdotes about their billet families, favourite teachers and classroom high jinx during their school years. We feel very privileged that they still choose to return to visit us at KES after all these years.
