Sanya Khurana (KES 17-23) was in the first cohort to experience cricket as the principal summer sport for girls. Today she continues to play cricket at a high level and has signed her first professional cricketing contract with Worcester Rapids, and all whilst studying for a degree in Business. Sanya also plays cricket internationally, representing the Netherlands, who are hoping to qualify for the Women’s T20 World Cup in England during the Summer of 2026.
We were delighted to welcome her back to KES to do some winter training using the cricket nets in the Sports Hall and we look forward to seeing her again in 2026 to run a coaching session with some of our young aspiring cricketers.
