Earlier this month, Sophie Harwood (KES 19-24) made her England U23 Lionesses debut in their first match, against Norway, in defence of their U23 European title at the LNER Community Stadium.

Having signed her first professional football contract for Arsenal last year, Sophie Harwood has now moved to Sheffield United Women’s team on loan for the 2026/27 campaign. Sophie primarily plays full-back but has also played for both Arsenal and the England youth teams in centre midfield.
