Just before the summer break, Peter Andrews (KES 68-76) visited to speak to our Economics Society. Peter took some interesting questions from our pupils around investment in the UK, the 2008 financial crisis, Black Wednesday and many more. Drawing on his many years of experience at the Bank of England and the IMF, Peter shared some amusing anecdotes and plenty of helpful learnings. The event was enjoyed by all, and Peter still had time afterwards to join our Year 9 Careers Carousel to share more reflections on his work with our younger pupils.
