Helen Carter née Budd (KES 96-03) continues her elite performance in masters hockey, having made a bid for the European title in Valencia last June.

She recently competed at the Tier 1 International Masters Hockey World Cup, hosted in Rotterdam and Schiedam, and this time came home with a well deserved silver medal.

A great performance in the group stages saw the team progress to the gold medal playoff, with the team narrowly missing out to Argentina who emerged as victors.

International World Masters is the highest level of hockey competition available at senior level and Helen is beyond grateful to have been selected be able to take part and compete.
